End User Licence Agreement

Licence grant

Daia Intelligent Solutions S.L. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Vislura for lawful personal or internal professional purposes, subject to these terms and your selected plan.

Free and Pro use

Free may index up to 500 images. A paid and valid Pro subscription removes that product limit and may be activated on one device at a time. Sharing, reselling or publishing a licence key is not permitted.

Activation

Pro requires an internet connection for activation and licence validation and has no offline grace period. You may deactivate a device to transfer the licence to another device. Support may reset a lost activation after reasonable purchase verification.

Your files and actions

You retain all rights in your photographs. The application processes them locally and does not create a cloud copy. You are responsible for maintaining backups before moving or deleting originals. Vislura will request confirmation for destructive actions, but cannot restore files that are no longer recoverable from the operating system.

Restrictions

• Do not bypass plan limits, licence checks or security controls.
• Do not distribute, rent, sublicense or commercially resell the application or a licence key.
• Do not reverse engineer the proprietary parts except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use Vislura to infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

Ownership and third-party software

Vislura and its proprietary components remain owned by Daia Intelligent Solutions S.L. The distribution includes open-source components and machine-learning models governed by their respective notices and licences; those licences prevail for the corresponding components.

Updates and termination

We may issue updates needed for security, compatibility or service operation. The licence ends if you materially breach these terms or when a Pro subscription expires, without affecting continued use of the Free plan where its limits are met.

Quality and liability

Search and suggested labels are probabilistic and are not guaranteed to be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Vislura is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in this agreement limits mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be limited.
