Controller
Daia Intelligent Solutions S.L., NIF B75060889, Bizkai 13, 4, 48960 Galdakao, Bizkaia, Spain, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy requests can be sent to info@daiasolutions.com.
Your photo library stays on your computer
Vislura processes photos, thumbnails, file paths, metadata, tags, search queries and vector indexes locally on your device. Daia does not receive those contents and does not use them to train models.
Removing, moving or deleting a file is an action initiated by the user on their own computer. Vislura does not create a cloud backup of original files.
Data used by the website and support
- Technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and security events may be recorded by the web server and content-delivery network.
- When you contact support, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide.
- The website stores only your language preference in local browser storage. No analytics or advertising trackers are used at launch.
Purchases and Pro licence validation
Lemon Squeezy operates the hosted checkout as merchant of record and processes payment, billing, tax and order information under its own privacy terms. Daia receives the information needed to provide support and verify entitlement to Vislura Pro.
Pro activation and validation send the licence key, purchaser email, product identifiers, a device-instance identifier and basic connection data to the licence service. No photos, thumbnails, file names, paths, tags, vector indexes or search text are sent.
Because the Pro plan has no offline grace period, an internet connection is required when Vislura needs to validate an active Pro licence. The Free plan and local photo processing do not require a Vislura account.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing downloads, purchases, licence activation and support: performance of a contract or steps requested before entering into a contract.
- Billing, accounting and compliance records: legal obligations.
- Website and licence security, fraud prevention and service continuity: our legitimate interests, balanced against user rights.
- Optional communications, if introduced later: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and international transfers
We use service providers that are necessary to operate the website, distribute downloads, process payments and validate licences, including AWS and Lemon Squeezy. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or approved contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for behavioural advertising.
Retention
Support and licence data are kept while needed to provide the service and afterwards for the applicable legal limitation periods. Accounting and transaction records are retained for the periods required by law. Security logs are kept only for the limited period needed to investigate incidents and protect the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where applicable, by writing to info@daiasolutions.com. Exercising these rights is free. We will only request additional identification if we have reasonable doubts about identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es or with the supervisory authority in your country.
