Provider and scope

Vislura is developed and licensed by Daia Intelligent Solutions S.L., NIF B75060889. These terms govern the Free plan and purchases of Vislura Pro. The software licence is also subject to the End User Licence Agreement.

Plans

• Free: up to 500 indexed images, unlimited searches and no payment details required.
• Pro: no product-imposed image limit for the intended personal and professional libraries, all search and organization features, and use on one device at a time.

Price and renewal

Vislura Pro costs €9.90 per year, including applicable taxes. It renews automatically every year using the payment method held by the merchant of record unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Pro remains available until that date, provided the licence can be validated. The plan does not have a monthly billing option.

Checkout, invoices and licence delivery

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the transaction and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, invoices and the customer billing portal. After successful payment, the purchaser receives the licence key needed to activate Pro.

Fourteen-day refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the corresponding initial or renewal charge by contacting info@daiasolutions.com and providing the order email or order number. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to banking processing times.

This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty or refund rights available under applicable consumer law.

One-device activation

A Pro licence may be active on one device at a time. Before moving it, deactivate the current device from Vislura where possible. If the device is lost or unavailable, contact support to reset the activation after reasonable verification of the purchase.

Internet connection and local data

Photo analysis and search are performed locally. An internet connection is nevertheless required for Pro purchase, activation and licence validation. There is no offline grace period for Pro validation. Licence checks never upload the photo library or its search index.

Cancellation and expiry

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the customer billing portal or support. When Pro expires, Vislura does not delete the local index or original photos. If more than 500 images are indexed, search is paused until Pro is renewed or the library is reduced to the Free limit.

Service and changes

We may provide security fixes, compatibility updates and feature improvements. We will not retroactively change a paid period’s price. Any future price or material renewal change will be communicated before it applies.

Semantic search produces ranked estimates and may return irrelevant results. Vislura is an organization aid, not a guaranteed classification, backup or archival service.

Law and consumer rights

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable consumer law. Business-to-business disputes may be submitted to the courts of Bizkaia where legally permitted.
